Monthly Jam Series - Guise Park Shelter

Folknet has decided to try something new. In the past, we have had long, boring, and dull business meetings of the executive committee about once a month. They were not fun. They did not offer our members a reason to come. So instead, we are going to have a monthly jam at the Guise Park Shelter in Munroe Falls. It's on Guise Park Drive, just off Munroe Falls Ave. and adjacent to the town hall and police station. Jams will start at 7:30 pm. We will have a short executive committee meeting at 7:00 just prior to the jam.

Folknet Picnic and Jam

The picnic will be held at Brust Park on Rt. 91 in Munroe Falls, on the north sie of the Cuyahoga River. The official time is 11:00 am to 5:00, but you can really stay and jam as long as you want. No food is provided, so bring your own. There are several restaurants in the area if that appeals to you more. Also bring friends, family, instruments (of course!), and lawn chairs.
